Marc’s depth of experience includes close partnerships with leading local and institutional landlords as well as regional tenants. Thriving on closed deals and collaboration, Marc applies his passion to enhance operations and spur company growth initiatives as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Before joining KLNB, Marc worked as a Property Manager for 4 years at The Charles E. Smith Companies. Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and DC, he earned the CCIM designation in 2002 and the SIOR designation in 2004. Marc received his Bachelor of Science in Property Management from Virginia Tech.
