An authority on Baltimore commercial real estate, Joe specializes in office and industrial leasing and sales with a focus on Baltimore County and the Baltimore City waterfront. Joe spearheads leasing for the City’s premier mixed-use developments McHenry Row and The Collective at Canton. He also serves on KLNB’s Entertainment Committee and volunteers weekly with Weekend Backpacks, a nonprofit targeting food insecurity with deliveries to inner city schools.

Prior to joining KLNB, Joe spent fifteen years with Casey and Associates and W.C. Pinkard (now Cushman & Wakefield). He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Dayton.
